Become the Consistent Shooter Your Team Can Depend On.

Science-backed basketball training that builds shooters your team trusts.

Greater Toronto Area, ON

Are you a basketball player who has trouble with…

Your Shooting Form

You might’ve tried improving your shooting form in the past but haven’t been able to get the results you wanted.

Hitting Shots In-Game

You either can’t hit shots in-game (i.e. accuracy) or can’t hit shots regularly (i.e. consistency).

Shot Creation & Scoring

You don’t score many points because you don’t know HOW to create your own shot (whether on-ball or off-ball).

We know what you're struggling with...

"I feel overlooked and stuck in a role that I don't want to play"

Your coach (or teammates) have put you in a box. They see you as “just a corner shooter”, or “just a big man”, or “just a defender”, or “just” something else. But you want more for yourself, and you know you have more potential in you.

"I get in my head and lose confidence easily"

You live and die with every make or miss. If you make a shot things are fine, but if you miss a shot (or miss a couple in a row) it’s the end of the world. It's like a roller coaster ride but not in the fun way.

"I play passive and timid, but I want to be more assertive"

You get the ball and immediately pass it up—not because there was an advantage—but because you panic or you don’t know what to do with it. You don't want to play basketball timidly anymore.

"I want to become a confident and consistent shooter, but I don't know what to do"

You know you need to get better as a shooter, but you don’t know where to start or what to do. Don't worry this is why we're here.

STORY LP outcomes framework-2

For some players improving as a shooter means freedom.

Meet the Elite Shooting Academy

The step-by-step shooting program that helps you become the shooter your teammates can depend on.

A.S.C.E.N.D. is our 6-step process for turning players into confident, consistent shooters.

(each letter in A.S.C.E.N.D represents one step in the journey)

A—Assess Your Game

Step 1: Before you start training, you need to know exactly what to work on.

In this step, we conduct a Player Evaluation Session to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses as a shooter.

By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s limiting you, and your very next step.

S—Shape The Foundation

Step 2: If you have injuries or move in a stiff, slow way, we address that first — laying the physical foundation of a consistent shooter.

We’ll work on rehab (if needed), and improve your agility and coordination.

By the end, you’ll move smoothly and painlessly across the court.

C—Channel Energy

Step 3: If you can’t shoot effortlessly from three‑point range and beyond, this step is for you.

You’ll learn to use your body’s energy so you can shoot from almost anywhere without straining.

By the end, getting the ball from the three point line to the basket will feel easy to you.

E—Elevate Accuracy

Step 4: Now that you can shoot effortlessly, the focus shifts to mastering the ability to hit shots, and hit them regularly.

You’ll train to make shots under pressure, whether open or contested.

By the end, you’ll be able to consistently hit shots in-game.

N—Nail Any Situation

Step 5: If you can only score in a few ways and struggle when the defence adapts, then this is for you.

You’ll train to create and hit shots from anywhere – off the dribble, off the catch, from the post, from the perimeter.

By the end, you’ll be an adaptable shooter who can create and nail shots in any situation.

D—Diversify Around Your Superpower

Step 6: At this point you’re a confident, consistent, and adaptable shooter.

Now you’ll develop complementary skills – like playmaking and finishing – so defenders can’t just focus on stopping your shot.

By the end, you’ll be a complete offensive threat, with shooting as your foundation.

Your path from a struggling shooter to a consistent one is crystal clear.
